How will my donation be used? The first priority of Friends of Watertown Music has been to restore music programming cut in the school department budget dating to 2011, always emphasizing direct teacher-student interaction, and then to expand and enrich the program. Each year Friends of Watertown Music will distribute funds to the School Department specifically for the most urgent music program needs which are brought forward by the Fine and Applied Performing Arts (FAPA) Coordinator or Superintendent of Watertown Public Schools in response to Requests for Proposals by Friends of Watertown Music. Each year we acknowledge donors at six levels in our MusicFest program. For the 7th Annual Watertown MusicFest program, please donate by March 26, 2018.
